On 30 November 2009, His Holiness the Dalai Lama arrived in Sydney on his "Our Future, Who is Responsible?" tour. Among the many Ordained Sangha to welcome His Holiness was Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe, who was blessed by His Holiness.
